Cancellation policy

Due to high demand, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a no show fee of 50% of the value of your treatment. Full refunds will only be made if you are feeling sick, experiencing COVID symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with COVID. If you need to cancel, please do so through online booking or call/text (615) 400-6190. Thank you for understanding!
Masks are required in the office and during your treatment, no exceptions!
